Returns policy

Not satisfied with your order? You may return it, or part of it. Below is a brief explanation of how that works; the full text of the right of withdrawal follows underneath.

In brief

  • You have 14 calendar days to return your order, counting from the day after delivery. You do not have to give a reason.

  • Let us know in advance that you are returning something.

  • Returns are sent at your own expense and risk to Stoffen Van Leuven, Wettersestraat 64, 9260 Schellebelle. Keep the proof of posting.

  • The items must be returned in the original or a similar packaging and without any signs of use (stains, damage, cut pieces, washing, etc.).

  • Fabrics that have been cut can only be returned with a length of 60 cm or more.

  • If all conditions are met, we will refund the full purchase amount, excluding the shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the return in good order.

Right of withdrawal (full text)

In accordance with the Belgian Distance Selling Act (Article 49 et seq. of 6 April 2010), the consumer has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 calendar days (from the day following delivery) without giving any reason. The consumer is obliged to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. The consumer must inform Stoffen Van Leuven in advance of the fact that a shipment will be returned.

Returning the delivered goods is entirely at the consumer's own expense and risk and must be sent to Stoffen Van Leuven, Wettersestraat 64, 9260 Schellebelle. If the consumer has not returned the delivered goods to Stoffen Van Leuven after the period of 14 calendar days has expired, the purchase is final. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods were returned in good time, for example by means of proof of postal delivery.

Goods can only be returned in the original or similar packaging and without any signs of use (stains, damage, cut pieces, washing, etc.). All fabrics that have been cut can only be returned with a minimum length of 60 cm or more.

When all conditions have been met, Stoffen Van Leuven will ensure that within 30 days of receiving the return shipment in good order, the full purchase amount, excluding the shipping costs, is refunded to the consumer.
