About the Bay trousers sewing pattern:
Bay is a comfortable pair of trousers with wide, loose legs.
On the front piece, you can stitch the characteristic vertical seam for an extra accent.
Furthermore, you can opt for a faux fly and optionally add side seam pockets and back pockets.
The trousers are simply finished with a waistband and elastic.

BAY was drafted for slightly stretchy (+/- 4 to 6% elastane), supple, well-draping fabrics.
If you choose a fabric that is too stiff, it will 'puff out' and the trousers will look too big; we don't want that,

Choose for example slightly stretchy corduroy, stretch denim, scuba crepe, scuba crepe twill, stretch satin, …

This sewing pattern is suitable for beginners and advanced sewists :-).
